Due to a career change, our family was suddenly faced with an unexpected move from Toronto to Montreal in the middle of 2021. As we didn't speak any French or know much about the city or its real estate scene, we were extremely lucky to have found Angela and her team, who did an amazing job in patiently educating us about the different neighborhoods and Montreal in general. The entire team was both extremely professional and informative, without being pushy or aggressive at any time throughout the process - which we very much appreciated. Their measured advice stopped us from making offers on properties we didn't absolutely love, even as we felt pressure to do so due to a turbulent housing market and a fear of missing out. There aren't many agents that will help dissuade you from making a purchase, and this speaks to their integrity and the team's priority on the happiness of their clients, instead of just making a quick sale. While shopping remotely from Toronto, Angela's team was able to do many remote virtual tours for us when we could not make it. They did it over zoom or facetime and took extra care to point out any defects in the house we were looking at that were not obvious in the video call. We were glad that we picked an agent with a team, so someone was always available to show us houses at our convenience. Ultimately, we ended up buying a house on the South Shore that we absolutely love and are quite thankful to Angela and her team for making the process as easy as possible for us.
