We scheduled an appointment with this man to see a house he was selling, we showed up a solid twenty minutes early... Angelo did not show up for the appointment. Our realtor gave him a call, he said he showed up ten minutes early and nobody was here so he left, so our realtor offered to go to the open house he was at to get the key. Angelo gave an address, our realtor showed up, he wasn't there. She came back and we gave him a third call, he said to "Do me a favor and don't call me again." so we left. We stepped away for a little while, came back and there was another family with another realtor waiting for Angelo in front of the house. He didn't show up for them either, and their realtor called him and offered to come by to get the key, left to go do so, for him though Angelo was there where he promised. He was hopping in his car when this second agent came by, the agent said he'd meet him at the house, and came back. We waited about fifteen minutes, Angelo finally came by... In his car... He slowed down in front of the house, attempted to parallel park, and then drove off. This second agent called him after another five minutes, and he said he changed his mind and if we wanted to see the house we'd have to be by during the next open house showing on Thursday. I can guarantee you there is no way in hell we're wasting any more of our time with this man or his listing.
