If you’re looking for a realtor who actually knows what they’re doing and keeps you sane through the process, Anika is your person. Buying a house can be stressful, confusing, and at times feel like you have no idea what’s going on, but Anika somehow made it feel way easier than it probably should’ve been. This was my first house and she was always quick to reply, answered every random question i had (and some of my questions were as dumb as it gets), and explained things in a way that actually made sense. She’s super knowledgeable, but also really easy to talk to, never pushy, never made me feel rushed, and definitely didn’t let me make any dumb decisions. It felt like having someone in your corner the whole time who genuinely cared about finding the right place, not just any place. Also pretty sure she works 24/7 because I don’t know how she was always available but I’m not complaining. Honestly couldn’t recommend Anika enough. If you’re buying or selling, do yourself a favour.
