Ank was responsive and eager to help us find a home. However the closing process was messy and was obviously not communicated very well with the owner of the home. We were promised a move in ready space and instead we’re left with chaos and unfulfilled requests. I will emphasize that other than that Ank was very knowledgeable on the rental process and walked us through the steps needed to secure the rental.
