We worked with Tal, Anna and Natalie on buying a character home in metro Vancouver. We were looking for an investment property with a specific set of criteria (lot size, zoning, suite potential), and we looked at a lot of homes before landing on the right one. The team was patient, quick to pull comps and history and sharp in negotiation throughout, and we always felt informed and never rushed. What stood out most was their local knowledge on building codes and zoning, how they handled the negotiation and amazing responsiveness to any questions and doubt. They also did amazing job in co-ordinating after the contract was firm, including showing, answering any questions on repairs and completion. Everything was handled until the date of possession.
