Annette was phenomenal in helping us navigate and successfully complete the home buying process. She researched several brokers to provide us with the best rate for our mortgage and was able to efficiently coordinate with the various parties needed to close on a property. She was in constant contact with the seller’s agent, mortgage broker, property managers, our attorney, the home inspector and town inspectors to ensure documentation and dates were on track. Annette was highly proactive instead of reactive when it came to anticipating potential issues during the home buying process and very few people possess this ability. She was able to identify potential issues and took corrective actions or swiftly plot a new course of action if needed. For instance, we had our first mortgage company suddenly shutter its business without warning and within 3 days Annette was able to put us in touch with another broker who offered us a competitive package that we accepted. Annette is also an excellent communicator and quickly responded to our questions, either via text or call. She answered all of our questions, walked us through the possible scenarios that could occur and patiently educated us throughout this entire process.
