Lack of communication led to misunderstanding and unprofessionalism. I have initially booked two showings with her and they were confirmed. I later emailed her another list of properties I was interested in seeing and asked for her opinions. Since I am from Toronto, it would be worthwhile to see more properties. I followed up with a phone call the next morning and she said that she will take a look once she gets back to the office. After my follow-up phone call, she has not contacted me. Since I planned to see the showings the next day, I was hoping to get confirmation on what additional showings could be booked. After a number of unsuccessful communication attempts throughout that day (emailed, texted and called), I was getting anxious since I needed to plan my departure from Windsor back to Toronto. I have then pursued another agent that evening (around 9pm) who was able to confirm the showing times next day and was able to provide feedback on the listings I was interested in. I have then text messaged Annette and said that I do not need her service anymore as I still haven’t heard from her that evening (before departure to Windsor the next early morning). This was when she finally called and confirmed that she has booked the additional showings without advising me what her opinions of the properties were. It would be ideal if she had called me to discuss about the properties before booking the showings and let me which ones are to be booked. The lack of communication has led to her unprofessionalism during confrontation. She was not apologetic but rather says I was impatient She was missing the point that communication is key for any business.
