Anthea Helmsing is a realtor like no other! I have worked with many realtors before, each with their own flavor of disappointing. Anthea, whom I had the greatest good fortune to have been referred to by a savvy business person who KNOWS what's up in Victoria, rewrote that story in our almost 6 month relationship selling two of my properties. I could not have dreamed of a more capable, reliable and supportive realtor in what was, often, an immensely challenging sales process. Anthea was fabulously on top of everything, anticipating issues before they arose, handling the unforeseeable issues with rapid, effective action when they cropped up, giving us solid advice and guidance, and keeping us in the loop with excellent communication via whatever channels we required. Through it all she was a consummate professional, going above and beyond. Knowing she was in our corner was an incredible comfort in what was an extremely trying time.
