Oh boy! What an epic journey to find our first home with Anurag and Arch. We came across Anurag and Arch back in June after searching for the best realtor in Kitchener/Waterloo that would suit our needs and has the best ratings. I must say that was the best decision we ever made. We were guided, advised, suggested at every step of the process. We were never ever influenced in terms of changing our outlook, requirements or our budget. We were even motivated and cheered in those stressing times when we missed on some deals owing to price wars and bully offers. We were given ample amount of time during the showings, over the calls, discussions after showings and there was never a rush. Their energy, enthusiasm towards their work and clients is commendable. They know their work, market and the region of Kitchener/Waterloo inside out. They managed to find our dream home within our budget and in the best neighborhood of Waterloo just within a month after we actually started showings. Highly recommended and we already know in advance where to go for our next real estate needs.
