Anurag priced my house correctly and it sold 10% over asking in under a week, at the time the highest price on the street. He is efficient and effective, always available. I have bought/sold 4 properties now with different agents and would consider Anurag the best I have worked with. It was clear he had worked with the buyers agents so offers came in clean and with the close date I needed. This saved alot of offer "ping pong" on the final night. He is quick and direct and saved me alot of time. Not being a novice in real estate I didnt require lots of coaching. More being a busy person, I needed things to go well and effectively. I had done my homework and interviewed other agents before choosing Anurag and he had the most confident strategy on marketing and it sold higher than other agents were "ballparking" for me. His team was also good to deal with, fast, efficient and clear and responded well and quickly if I had concerns.
