Excellent experience selling our house with Anurag and his team. The process was smooth, quick and efficient. We had met with multiple agents before starting the process and chose to go with Anurag homes because they saw the potential in our house same as us and we felt on the same page. It was a buyers market at the time and look out wasn't very good given we had a very tight time line to sell. But it happened the very first day, just a few showings and we had the offers. Anurag and his team very efficiently dealt with all the communication during offers and worked late/on weekends to get things aligned. We were done in total 4weeks from when we signed the realtor agreement to when we had a firm offer at a price we were satisfied with. 10/10.
