April went above and beyond to help my family find a home here in Chilliwack. She answered her phone at all hours of the day and was always on top of everything. To me, she went the extra mile in every step of the process. She made sure we understood everything and really listened to our wishes. She gave us the most thoughtful welcome home package which was just the icing on the cake. It really showed us that she knew us and cared.
