As a first-time home buyer, you would want a real estate broker who listens to your requirements very well, understands your needs, and guides you through the entire buying process. At least that's what I wanted when I started out looking for my first home. And believe me, Arch was all of that and more. He went above and beyond in helping us find our first home. He understands the dynamics of the real estate market and gave us sound advice whenever needed. He's also very responsive to our questions and concerns. He was present in all of our property visits and actively guided us on the important facets of the property. Now, this is something you would demand of every real-estate broker but, trust me, is difficult to seek. Arch is very reliable and that makes him so good.
