I have made a few house purchases over the last few years and have worked with a handful of realtors. I can easily say that Team Pinto was the best I have ever worked with. The three qualities that stood out for me were 1) Timeliness, almost working with a sense of urgency 2) Ever available, able to schedule meetings at short notice 3) Strategic knowledge of the market, pricing and understanding customer requirements Personally I am a kind of guy who believes in developing a sound strategy and expediting execution. In all fairness, Aron and his team were tested on many fronts and they always came out on top. This is why I decided to buy and sell with them. Aron and Angelica were warm, understood the emotions when it comes to selling our house (and memories) with it but also knew how to manage the challenging expectations I had. They were top notch. The icing on the cake was Angelina Arkilander. She was my rep for buying our house and I have nothing but great things to tell about her. Always available, quick to respond and understood our needs. I saw about 50 houses at a minimum and Angelina was there supporting us with a smile, always.
