Arthur is the best realtor and person that you can find. He is not only professional but also supportive, mindful. He is probably one of the most hard-working person (not just as a realtor) I know. He helped me with renting my first condo in Canada in just a few days in May 2023, everything was so smooth and he was so responsive. I remember emailing him back and forth at 2am and he was still working at that time as he said "Whenever my client is not sleeping yet I'd be still working, I know my clients after a long day would be in bed and scroll their phones for apartments" This is the best attitude that one can have in this market.
