I met Ashlee Juneau quite by accident but it was the best thing ever. I believe it occurred in mid-late Oct 2021 while I was beginning to look for a home for my adult sons. We briefly met, addressed my needs and then didn't reconnect until the beginning of Jan 2022. At that time, Ashlee also introduced me to the rental market but always listened to my needs. Living out of province, Ashlee gave me the time and introduced me to the best mortgage agent ever (Krista Hogg). Between the two of them they helped me with a pre-qual; what / where to search then off to the races. In a matter of less than 10-days the search was over and an offer accepted. Ashlee working with Krista were instrumental in the process and I am ever indebted. Ashlee worked closely with my sons and made them feel very comfortable - she was a blessing from a distance. Only have met Ashlee less than 5 times, I can say I have a true friend for many years ahead. I have since recommended both Ashlee and Krista and will continue to. Thank you Ashlee!
