I wanted to share my experience I had with an agent here, not just because of the remarkable customer service I had throughout the buying process, but even more the help and assistance I received after the sale. I was referred to Ashley Billingsley through a friend of mine, and typically I would not get a new realtor involved as I know a few in the business. However, given how highly they spoke of her, and due to my busy work schedule, I decided to reach out and see if she could help me. Admittedly, I am not the easiest guy to deal with, my partner can attest to this, and expressed this to Ashley upon our first meeting. She was professional, direct and extremely understanding to my scheduling situation. Searching for a property in todays market I know is not an easy task. Ashley had 3 showings for me very quickly, and when I was not able to see the third one in person, she took the time to go there herself and film a personalized video of the ENTIRE property. Inside and outside, nothing was missed. I was extremely grateful for this since I was out of town, and my partner had not seen a realtor do this with such detail either. When we went to see this house in person, Ashley's 2nd time there, I was delayed and we showed up 45 min late. Even though Ashley had commitments of her own, she stayed late and still showed us the house and answered all our questions we had without any hesitation, frustration, or care for her own time. This was a true testament to her dedication to making us, the buyers, feel important and appreciated. At the end of the day, when my partner and I decided to buy this house, the third one we were late to the showing for, she went full Fredrik Eklund mode and negotiated the absolute heck out of the deal for us! Hope that’s ok to say his name in a review, but it’s how we felt; being treated like a VIP, by a VIP. After a few days of back and forth, sorting out terms and closing stipulations, she got us this house, and we closed the deal very quickly. Even the inspection process happened quicker than we expected. Not sure how she made that happen, but hey, it put the cherry on top for sure! Between the thank you gifts that we received after the sale from her, accompanied with hand written thank you notes, and the time and effort she put into this process, we now have a friend in the business, not just another realtor we know. She even got our two young children stuffed animals and a Lego set to play with when we were going over documents. What a sweet gesture! When we had important questions about the house after the sale on a Sunday, it didn’t bother her at all to help clear everything up. I will not get into the matter here, but Ashley was quick to assist and got answers from the previous owners for us within a matter of a couple hours! I do not typically write reviews, as frankly I do not have the time, but I felt this is important to put my story out here. Too many times businesses and people get bad reviews, and the good ones go unnoticed, or unrecognized. I simply want to let other buyers know of Ashley and bring awareness to how incredibly wonderful she is to deal with. Trust me, she is who you want to deal with when buying a home! If she can be this much of a rock star in todays market, I know she’ll be a force anytime! We cannot thank Ashley Billingsley enough for how she treated us, how she valued our time above her own, and just overall how professional and talented she is. She stands by her motto, and she is definitely our Home Girl realtor for life! Thank you Ashley. W and C
