When it was time for my wife and I to sell our condo and purchase a home, Ashley helped us understand all the options in terms of buying first, selling first, etc., and what the benefits and risks of all options were. She took the time to explore different areas of Toronto with us and always gave us full confidence that she had our best interests at heart when going to showings. We ended up finding a house we liked faster than expected, and Ashley ensured the offer presented was fair and kept us protected as buyers. She went the extra mile and visited the house on her own during the day when we were both working and sent us videos of how the daylight was! Ashley helped ensure our offer stood out from the others based on the conditions and how we presented ourselves, so we were fortunate to have ours be the one accepted. She then quickly got a home inspector in to ensure we were covered. Next, it was the stressful part of selling the condo before closing on the house. Ashley worked with us to have the condo painted, staged, photographed, and listed in just a few days using her amazing industry contacts. We honestly could not have done this as well without her help, and she put our concerns at ease the entire time. We ended up getting a fantastic price on our condo thanks to her knowledge of the condo market and pricing strategy.
