She helped us find great neighborhoods, valuable things to look for in a home (for us and resale), sending regular listings that met our criteria of what we wanted, schools and parks in the area, and was very knowledgeable while touring the homes. During the selling process of our condo, she did everything to make the whole process stress free for us from arranging a painter, cleaner, stager, and photographer to make our condo look beautiful and get top dollar! Then listing the condo, dealing with all the questions, and even doing last minute buyer requests on day of the deal to make sure the deal was smooth for us!
