I would absolutely recommend Ashton and the Jennifer Queen team. Ashton was extremely knowledgable with a particularly strong background in central neighborhoods and older homes (what I was looking for). She was always patient, trustworthy and never made me feel pressured. I appreciated that Ashton always presented the facts and her professional opinion without trying to sway my decisions. She was quick to respond and was on time for appointments. Most importantly she found me exactly what I was looking for; I happened to get a great deal on a surprise opportunity in a high demand area. I will use Ashton again for future buying/selling endeavors.
