We recently bought a semi-detached house. Maral was very friendly with us and she was always very responsive and available for our questions. However, we felt she was not on our side when we wanted to negotiate with the seller. For example in the house price, problems that found after inspection and the amenities that were included but didn’t work, she couldn’t negotiate and get anything for us from the seller.
