Aud stepped in when our original Realtor was unable to, and we're so pleased with the recommendation. This was a joint purchase by my partner and me and my first purchase. We knew we wanted something different, but we hadn't put our finger on what yet. Aud was so patient with us as we discovered what we were looking for and took every measure to make sure we had the information on every single home. He was able to help guide us to our final purchase of our dream house, and we would certainly recommend him again. If you're new to homeownership, I highly recommend Aud; his patience, experience as an inspector, and dedication to the success of our transaction made our next chapter that much better. Thank you Aud!
