I am incredibly pleased by the service Aud provided. We had an initial meeting to go over what my partner and I wanted. By the next morning, Aud had sent us over multiple listing and asked for feedback so he could better narrow down the search. He accompanied us on every showing himself and was available both nights and weekends for viewings (which was important to us because we both workdays). We never had to wait long for answers/updates, and everything was clearly communicated. Aud ended up finding us our perfect home and made the closing process seamless and efficient. The process was intimidating as a first-time home buyer, but Aud walked us through every step, we were never left guessing the next steps.
