Austin was fantastic - always professional and realistic about what we were seeing. Really friendly and outgoing. Knew his stuff going into a viewing and helped me through the closing process with ease. His response rate was greatly appreciated. Once he knew what I was interested in he was great at highlighting a place as soon as he heard about it.
