I wanted to write the nicest things about Austin on behalf of my family but then I started reading all the reviews first and it put a big smile on my face to know that all these people felt exactly like we did about Austin.  Austin truly is is the best of the best! Anyone that gets lucky to find Austin available to work with them will not only get an Honest, patient, caring agent but one they will call a friend. We started house hunting with Austin around March 2021 and we have made 10 separate offers on single family homes, all of them were in bidding wars with  most of them going into double digits bidding wars. We came in second allot and kept getting frustrated. Austin always stayed cooled but he definitely went on the emotional roller coaster ride with us. He always gave us the best advice without ever being pushy, rude or frustrated.  I forgot to mention we purchased a home in Laval while living in Toronto and Austin was kind enough to give us all the tours using Skype video. He was punctual and booked us all the visits to the houses we were interested in no matter the distance between house visits on the same day. He was always available and easy to get a hold of. He never misses a beat and pays special attention to details. He kept us in high hopes when at times we felt too tired to keep going, he was funny and supportive. We finally got our dream house with Austin and we have been living in our new home for the last 3 month and we are so happy and love our new Home.
