Balraj was very professional, courteous, patient, a scientific researcher, and a strong negotiator on our behalf. Purchasing our new house summer 2024: My wife and I really had a difficult taste and a picky attitude when it comes to buying a house, Balraj studied the features we were looking for, and asked us to visit a couple of homes just to get a feeling of our style and taste, then he created his own specific search criteria. Searching for a home took us more than six months, we visited more than 15 houses, every time we highlighted a certain reason for the dislike. During all that period Balraj was very patient with us, never complained or commented on our style or strict criteria. until one day he found a house, he said that this must "check all the boxes", we checked it and it was really the one. Upon negotiating the terms and sending a proposal, the gap was really wide between the ask price and our offer, but Balraj was really aggressive in his negotiations, he performed several searches and comparables to prove his valuation to the seller, he also contacted builders to support his conclusion and search, and it all really worked, at the end he managed to bring the price down to our budget limits, to us ... it was almost a mission impossible to say the least. We really admired the patience, professionalism and the courtesy that Balraj have, definitely recommended without an reservations.
