Barbara was suggested by my mother and at first I was hesitant because I've heard horror stories of going through family acquaintances for stuff like this. However after meeting Barb face to face and realizing her energy and excitement for this big step I was taking, I immediately knew I was in good hands. Barbara organized multiple showings for me to go see at different locations, and at each location she offered insights on what I should be looking for and what may become a problem/annoyance down the line. I would even say she offered mentorship as she often would ask what may be the problem and then let me figure it out, which I appreciate because it means I'll be more prepared in the future. Once I picked a place that I loved, she was also super helpful in informing me of what the process would be from there on out. She also got me in contact with a Lawyer who was great to work with as well, and has continued to follow up through e-mail. Overall her services were fantastic, it was a great experience, and wowee did she have a lot of funny stories.
