I am so glad I asked Barry to be my realtor because he worked a miracle for me! I came to find a home in Calgary with a very tight 3-day time limit. I had sent Barry a list of houses I saw on-line from which I was confident I would find the right home for me. Barry and Cynthia were ready with appointments first thing in the morning and we looked at all of them and a couple that had listed more recently, but like so many things on-line, they weren’t as attractive in person and I was prepared to leave without having reached my objective. Well, Barry had listened carefully to everything I had said about each house I viewed and he monitored new listings as they arose. He called me in the late afternoon with a new listing he was confident would meet my expectations and had already arranged an appointment for that evening.
