In search for a new home my partner and I met Bashir at an open house December 2019. Upon meeting Bashir at the open house I quickly got a glimpse of his professionalism, commitment to customer service/satisfaction, his knowledge of the home and neighborhood and his friendly demeanor. All of these traits combined is what gained my trust and needless to say we ended up purchasing the home. The process of the purchase was seamless from the offer to close. Bashir did a fantastic job of walking us through the buying process and answering all and any questions we had. He ALWAYS had time for us. I was extremly sastified with this experience that I hired Bashir to list my existing home since I had made this purchase. The selling process with Bashir on the other hand was an even better experience. He worked closely with me to ensure I knew what similiar listings in my neighborhood were going for and we both came to an agreement of what the house should sell for. Not only did Bashir do a fantastic job of showcasing the home through social media, realtor apps, open houses etc. We had dozens (50ish if not more) of showings in 4 days (im not exaggerating) and a line up of offers. The house was sold within a week of listing and it sold over the asking price, making me a very happy customer. My advice to anyone looking for a realtor to TRUST, Bashir is that realtor. I couldn't of been more satisfied with both the purchasing and selling of homes with Bashir.
