Becky was amazing right from the start - clear, easy to understand, efficient use of sometimes our limited time to talk on the phone. She said she could set us up with email portal - which was exactly what we needed. Becky was great - right across the board. She's a great communicator. Her texts are always clear and concise. It's apparent that she's well organized + always making sure that we're aware of the big picture (safe location (we're new to the area), resale value, etc). With our rigid work schedule, we felt bad asking her to work on Sunday, but those times when we had to use Sunday's to look, Becky was always so cheerful to do that when it was needed, she would always say that she is here to help us (and we can tell she sincerely means it!). It's very appreciated that her main goal is that and we're happy with our purchase.
