I want to first say, how professional, polite and friendly Becky, Dallas and their team were! Their caring and knowledgeable approach ,was very much appreciated! They nailed my list price, to get me 3 solid offers, quickly! The marketing plan and advertising were a huge help in getting the word out there. I love the video, floor plans, photos and walk through, from room to room, it shows the place very nicely. They had the listing and signage up very promptly. Because of all of that and their clear and prompt communication, through this crazy process, I would for sure use their expertise again!
