Being new to the area/province we were extremely fortunate to have Becky referred to us. It was incredibly stressful preparing to buy a house seeing news articles every day about the record high selling prices in the Okanagan. With the assistance of Becky's expertise we were able to get a good feel for where we'd like to buy and then when we were prepared to make an offer Becky was able to help us make a reasonable offer that was accepted in a competitive bidding environment. We are now preparing to move into a home that we couldn't be happier with after moving here uncertain whether we'd find something we liked in our price range.
