Ben, Justian & team were just amazing. Very professional and always prompt in replying to queries and concerns. We would get a response even on a Sunday morning if we had a question. They were very organized and the detailed emails would come at the right time explaining the process throughout the selling journey. They never pushed us at any stage of offer rebuttals, and agreed with us at every step but at the same time giving professional suggestions along the way. We will now also be using Ben, Justian & team for buying our new house.
