Ben was amazing!!! When we contacted him about looking to buy a home, he started by listening to what we were looking for and providing suggestions/ideas that we hadn't thought of, then he worked with us to identify properties that met our criteria. During site visits he was honest and open with us about both the good and the bad things about each property, and how both the good and the bad aspects would affect our enjoyment as well as the possible resale value. Ben was great at laying things out for us in an unbiased manner, and allowing us to make our own decision based on our wants and needs. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate, we were pleasantly surprised with how up-front he was with us and clearly outlined the strategy to get a great price for us. Once the offer was accepted he was always there to answer questions and walk us through the process of closing the deal and getting the keys. When it came to listing our old home, he was equally as amazing and helped us set up our place for photos and viewings, timed our offer perfectly, and negotiated with our interests in mind. My experience with Ben was absolutely great, and based on his performance I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent for someone who is serious about buying or selling a home.
