We had an amazing experience working with Justin, Ben and Team! From start to finish. We hadn’t purchased a house in over 20 years, so they made the whole buying process so much easier and so much less stressful than we expected. What stood out most was Justin’s communication—as he was always quick to respond, whether it was a text, call, or email. We never felt out of the loop, and he was super patient with all of our questions – especially since we had so many! Justin also went above and beyond during the home inspection, making sure we fully understood everything and pushing to get important issues addressed with the sellers. It was clear that he was clearly really looking out for us the whole time, especially when it came to negotiating. Justin is knowledgeable, professional, and really, just easy to work with.
