i'm writing this review for many reasons but one in particular, and that was because what brought me to call Ben Sweets and associates in the first place, it was because of the online reviews! Anyways good thing we did use Ben! You can't pay someone enough to care and definitely Ben and his team cared and were so professional. They definitely knew their stuff, unlike the other realtors we interviewed before Ben. I would ask them questions and they basically were ill informed about their very own industry.. But when we interviewed Ben we also grilled him, as this was our first time listing and selling a house. He never blinked once, was kind and answered all of our questions and concerns and also very responsive from all hours of the day and even night during our sale. We are very happy we hired him. We listed our house and by day 7 we sold it! Ben's marketing really does work and this is proof! Even during a pandemic! So thank you Ben and your team! And I hope when you read this, you will also call because you won't be disappointed. There wasn't enough star options to rate highly but the full 5 will have work!
