Ben Sweet has been the best realtor over the years, he helped sell our first home, and thanks to his strategic advice, created a bidding war to get us top dollar. Then he ensured we were able to win the bid on our current (dream) home. Since then he's been our advisor on many home, renovation and realty related questions, and he always takes the time to help us out. He's strategic, knows the Calgary market, has honest, sound advice, and is fun to work with too. Couldn’t recommend Ben Sweet any more!
