This is our fifth real estate deal we have done and Ben is by far the best real estate professional we have ever worked with. He knows what he is doing and it shows. He knows the market inside and out & knows exactly what to price your offers at. As well, Ben made some very important suggestions in terms of how to make the deal happen that without those suggestions we would have never been able to get it. As well, Ben is very detail orientated. He was on top of every single detail and was head of everything. Like I said - this is our fifth property we have owned and Ben has been better then all the other agents we have worked with put together.
