Ben was everything we had hoped for in a realtor and then some. When he showed up at our house for the first time, we was very thorough, friendly and well informed. He brought with him all of the sales in our neighbourhood recent past and present with photos, which he linked to our tv so we could look together and come to a mutual decision on what to list for. Although the market was not good at the time, we sold in 3 days and Ben got us into a bidding war! We sold over list and were thrilled.
