Ben is an amazing realtor. He is professional and has a whole system set up for the process of listing, marketing, sales process and possession of the home that makes the experience seamless. Ben was able to assist in suggesting repairs to the home that would make the home more marketable. Ben’s communication with us (the seller) was right on cue.
