I can’t say enough about Paul, Ben, and the team! Paul listened very closely to what we were looking for in a home, helped us realize what was most important to us, and offered strategies to be competitive as a buyer in a decidedly seller’s market. He was very quick to respond to any questions or viewing requests and would reach out with properties that were a particularly good match or offered a unique opportunity. He also put together many breakdowns of comparables and helped us interpret them in the context of the trend in the neighbourhood which allowed us to make well-informed offers when dealing with the prevalent “competitive pricing” strategy. Some of the highlights included our first week working with Paul when properties were coming up for the weekend. Just as my wife and I were finishing up looking through the 15 properties automatically sent from the search he had set up, he emailed us with a further curated list of the exact 3 we were hoping to view. An even better example of our experience is the home we purchased. None of my wife, myself, or anyone else helping us keep an eye on listings even saw this property except for Paul. It was in a neighbourhood we thought we couldn’t afford and very different from a lot of what we had previously viewed. However, it ended up being an excellent fit for us, and he helped us negotiate a fair deal within our budget given its time on the market. The rest of the team has also been very supportive and efficient in making sure the proper paperwork gets to the right people, and that we understand each step in the buying process. We’re not expecting to move again for quite some time, but if circumstances were to change, we would absolutely choose Paul, Ben, and the team again!
