Ben and Scott are very service focused realtors that were amazing to work with and helped us find a home in our tight timeline. Scott listened to all of our needs, answered all of our questions (including the dumb ones), and was quick to respond at all hours making sure we were taken care of. Scott was able to book our last minute viewing requests and changes, and kept us in check to keep us within our budget. He gave us unfiltered opinions on viewings and let us know when "renovated" homes were of poor craftsmanship. Living in a condo for 18 years and buying our first house, Scott pointed out a lot of details that we would have overlooked which made our decision making easier. When we found a home we loved, Scott was able to negotiate our many of our requests with the seller and managed to get us an additional $1500 off our agreed offer. Scott made sure all of the questions we had for the buyer were answered and followed up with us immediately after hearing back. Scott and Ben were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them!
