Throughout the process, Ben Sweet and the team have been amazing. From the start Melanie, our realtor and part of the Ben Sweet team, blew us away with a full digital presentation that answered all our questions as first time sellers. When she left, my wife and I almost stopped her and went with her on the spot but, being our first time, we wanted to meet with at least one more. We were very disappointed by the others as they came in with simply a folder and a printout, didn’t really answer anything and took only 5 minutes with us. From there, she and the team were in constant contact, ensuring everything went smoothly. I never felt like they were hard to get a hold of and every question was answered promptly.
