Terrible realtor, terrible person. Don't buy her BS. She has ripped off a lot of people! Keep looking, a monkey would be a better choice.

Reply: Benita Pashko is one of the hardest working realtors I know. She is very passionate and caring. All her clients love her. She can sell houses other realtors can't. I had two clients looking for referrals. I recommended both to Benita. One went to her and one went somewhere else. Benita's sold the condo in less than six weeks in a tight market; the other client that went somewhere else, has a six month wait before her house sold. She actually tried going back to Benita but her listing contract prevented that from happening.
