He was for the people buying our house. It was suppose to be a 40 day escrow closing date was for Nov 3, 23. It didn't close until Dec 7th. We were out getting a room when we got paid for the house and our neighbor called us to let us know there was people at the house. He told them it went threw so go move on in. We were suppose to have 72 hours to get all our stuff out. It was a disaster. All he did is laugh and say well your realtor didn't do his job then. They kept blaming the escrow company for the delay of closing but it was their lender was why it was held up. Our realtor was a friend of ours who was in completely with escrow company.
