Bernie was Very Good to Work with, the Old Unit had a lot of Showings but was a Bit Hard to Sell. Part of it was Timing, As for the New Unit at 55 Nassau. That also went Very Well. Plus we Looked at Piles of others in the General Area Before Buying Here. Would for Sure Send Others to Deal with Bernie Any Time.
