Bernie was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable for us. At the beginning, our preferences were changing a lot as we were figuring out what we really wanted, and he was very patient and accommodating through it all. Anytime we sent him a listing, he quickly arranged a showing, usually within the day or two, which we really appreciated. We honestly didn’t expect to get a house on our second offer, but we did, and it truly feels like a blessing. What stood out most was Bernie’s honesty. If there was anything that could be a concern or something we might not notice, he was already pointing it out.
