I have nothing but the highest respect for Bessie. She was professional, respectful, quick to responses, transparent, helpful, and a great listener. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The greatest gift that Bessie gave me, was not permitting me to stress. She took that role with dignity and grace and I can't thank her enough for that.
