My husband got a new job in Hamilton and at the very last minute we had to start looking for rentals in the city to move there (we were in Ottawa). We found Beth and hired her to help us in this search and it was the best choice we could make. She's local to Hamilton, we told her what we were looking for in terms of lifestyle and specifics of neighborhoods, and she was always very forward about which areas were better for what we wanted which helped us narrow down our choices a lot. Beth also immediately understood what we were looking for in an apartment, did everything she could to help us, was always in touch, making sure everything was going smoothly for us, answering every little question we had with so much patience and care. We truly recommend her services. For now we hired her to find us an apartment, that we love, but in the future whenever we move again, or if we buy a place, Beth will always be with us in the process.
