I have known Bev for several years. I was recently in the position of POA for a friend who needed a house sold. After seeing her posts on Facebook I decided to reach out and talk to her about selling the home. I did have another realtor come by. But I chose Bev. Not only because I knew her. But this was something I felt extremely stressed about and I was glad I had a familiar face to help guide me through it. I had no idea what I was up against. But she was able to provide me with details and advice that made me thankful I had called her ..I found Bev friendly and easy to talk to. She has confidence in what she does that made me feel comfortable with having her as the realtor. I was extremely overwhelmed with what I was responsible for and she reassured me this would all work out. And it did. I am so thankful I called her. And I definitely will be recommending her to any of my family and friends who are in need of a realtor. She made the process seem so simple. Walked me through each step and explained everything. Couldn’t have asked for more. She’s a sweetheart!
